Sapporo Welcomes New Holiday Inn & Suites in 2025
Japan's hotel scene in Sapporo is getting a boost with the upcoming late 2025 opening of the Holiday Inn & Suites Sapporo Odori Park. Developed by IHG Hotels & Resorts with Minami Nijo Operations and financial backing from a Goldman Sachs-managed fund, this 195-room hotel will feature renovated rooms, a gym, and a modern café. Located centrally in the Susukino district near Odori Park, it aims to cater to the increasing number of tourists visiting Hokkaido, offering international standards and a welcoming environment. This marks another step in IHG's expansion in Japan.
