On May 27, 2025, Cunard, the world’s most iconic luxury cruise line, will launch its "Sea of Glamour" exhibition, celebrating 185 years of unparalleled ocean travel. Curated by acclaimed British photographer and filmmaker Mary McCartney, the exhibition at The Royal Liver Building in Liverpool features 185 captivating images. These include rare archival shots of Hollywood icons, musicians, politicians, and royalty at sea, alongside a remarkable collection of over 1,000 guest-submitted photographs from around the globe.

The exhibition, open to the public from May 28 to June 17, 2025, before embarking on a world tour aboard the Cunard fleet, aims to showcase the brand's profound impact on lives worldwide. Visitors will be immersed in nearly two centuries of transatlantic travel magic through interactive audio storytelling and a striking sculptural installation, "Sails of History." Mary McCartney will also capture a special 185th-anniversary portrait of Cunard’s Queen Anne Icons – a group of proud Liverpudlian women including Melanie C, Ngunan Adamu, Natalie Haywood, Jayne Casey, and Katarina Johnson-Thompson – on the opening day. This exhibition promises a unique journey through glamorous maritime history, celebrating the joy, connection, and family milestones shared by Cunard guests across generations.
