Bumblebee Management Unveils Renovated RV Park & Maryland's First Geodesic Glamping Domes at Deep Creek Lake
Bumblebee Management is proud to announce the official opening of the newly renovated Bumblebee RV Park & Campground and the highly anticipated debut of Beehive Domes, Maryland’s pioneering geodesic dome glamping destination, nestled in the picturesque Deep Creek Lake area.
Following an extensive redevelopment, the property now boasts expanded RV accommodations and newly constructed, luxurious glamping domes. These innovative domes offer guests an unparalleled opportunity to immerse themselves in nature without compromising on comfort, each featuring queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, private bathrooms, and personal saunas.
"I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished in a short time, especially bringing a unique structure not seen in Maryland due to strict regulations," stated Tony Jia, CEO and Co-founder of Bumblebee Management. "We’ve worked closely with local and state agencies to make this possible, and the response—especially from the DMV community—has been incredibly encouraging."
Victor Esch, COO of Bumblebee, added, “Growing up I would go camping at least 5 times a year. As an adult, it is really fulfilling that we are able to attract people who otherwise would have been uninterested from rugged camping to the simplicity and tranquility of nature.”
Phase 1 of this ambitious project marks the initial step in a broader vision from the Montgomery County-based development team. Strong early interest has already fast-tracked Phase 2, which includes expanding into modular housing solutions and offering consulting services to assist other builders and park projects.
